Please Note: Due to the increase in Incorrect Addresses we have updated our policy on shipments. Mermaids and Minis are not responsible for loss, theft, incorrect or insufficient address entries. You will be responsible for shipping to the correct address. We can not replace items sent to the incorrect address before we receive items back. However, you may repurchase the items and receive a credit back on the returned items when received.

Returns Policy: ALL returns must have a return authorization. Any items returned without an authorization will not be accepted and returned back to the customer. All returns must be shipped to address below otherwise we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please keep a copy of your tracking number to verify a return was received. We do not reimburse for return postage. For defects, a return authorization is also needed.

Returns: Many items are Final Sale and each product is noted on the product page. These items are a final sale, no returns, no exchanges. Any item marked down more than 40% or Holiday items are a final sale item and may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns on final sale items: Any returns received without prior authorization or final sale/outlet items will be DONATED. We will notify you via email regarding the donation.

Returns within 7 days: Please email your order number along with your name and current email to info@mermaidsandminis.com on in-stock items. Refunds within 7 days of receipt. (Returns are only for normal priced merchandise and NOT sale items.) Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns without an RMA# will be donated or returned to sender. Final Sale items or Items returned after the allowed return period will not be honored and returned to sender or donated.

WE WILL DENY ANY RETURNED ITEM, NEW, DAMAGED, WORN, ETC.... IF THE ITEM HAS PET HAIR OR A CIGARETTE SMELL, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING SO WE CAN SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU OR WE WILL DISCARD THE ITEM(S).

*Please note that we can only accept returns for credit on items that are in New Original Condition. The items cannot be worn or washed, they also need to have the original tag still attached to the product *IF THE TAGS ARE REMOVED WE WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND, CREDIT FOR THE GARMENT.

When Will My Item Ship?:  Processing/Shipping: Please allow 7-10  business days for order processing before shipping. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)

Shipping/Tracking: Please allow 2-3 Business Days for your USPS tracking to update. Please keep in mind the Saturday & Sunday is not considered a business day. First Class mail tends to update less frequently. Unfortunately, we do not have access to further information from the USPS.
Otherwise, If your order is a day or 2 behind there is no need to email as we are currently processing it. 

Shipping to APO/FPO please allow up to 2 months for delivery as we are not responsible for the time frame of military base mail delivery.

Shipping Costs? Shipping will differ depending on the size/weight of your order. After adding to your cart a shipping quote is provided based on your zip code. We ship in the U.S., Canada & World Wide.

Lost Package? Please contact your local post office or proper delivery company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking marked "delivered", we apologize. Please call your local post office regarding a package marked "delivered" but not received. We will NOT replace orders marked "delivered". Lost package in route and not delivered? Problems with an Order/Defective? 
Please email

info@mermaidsandminis.com, along with Order# and/or billing name on Order. Please allow at least 3 -4 business days for a response as we review ALL emails. To keep costs down on products we must keep our overhead low and we do not have telephone support available at this time.
Most prints are limited and only printed in small quantities however mistakes & defects do occur, and they are rectified promptly.
